All internet marketing
projects are ongoing, they never end. Once you get your website
you have to work with it to make it work for your business. The
following examples of clients who have used our SEO services are
but a few. Some have taken longer to achieve the desired
outcomes but some have been considerably faster than expected.
Engineering company gains an international
market!
Problem
An engineering company
based in a south Wales valley had a website which in four years
had not generated and enquiries. They were planning an
expansion and wanted to reach out to a wider global market and
their budget was limited.
Solution
The markets were researched and
competitor sites were examined. Primary research with
their clients in the UK and Europe was carried out. It was
determined that the site was not optimised for their clients or
the search engines.
An SEO review was
carried out on the site and recommendations were made.
The site was re-launched
with the new keywords and content.
Outcomes
In the first year they
received £3million in order enquiries and they have been at
number one in the search engines for their main keyphrase for

SEO sets Specialist Construction Company takes off!
Problem
A specialist construction company had a website that was
just not working for their business. All the changes made using the content management
system failed to impress or to get enquiries. Adwords was used to drive people to the site but
still the visitor’s did not contact the client. A test of
pertinent keyphrases did not find the website in the first three
pages of the Search engine results pages (SERPs). The owner realised that there was something
wrong with the site but could not work out what. They were too
close to the business and the website to see it from their
customers’ perspective. They had to do something to make the
site work for them.
Solution
A user experience review was carried out on the site and
it was determined that a new website was required. A new
developer was contracted and during the development process our
user experience consultant periodically reviewed the website as
it was being built.
Research was carried out with clients and potential
customers and a set of initial keywords was compiled. The
initial key phrases were researched for commercial viability
before a final list was settled on. SEO Authoring of the site
was done and the new content was optimised
for the customers and the search engines.
Outcomes
The new site was published to the internet at 12:00 noon.
By 5:00pm they site could be found in Google for ten of the
thirty commercial keyphrases identified in the research. In
three weeks the site had generated a 700% ROI. Today it is
still producing far more enquiries’ than all the other
promotional methods used in the past.

Rush to new invention website breaks bandwidth limit!
Problem
An electronics company with a new invention wanted to
reach their customers world wide online. The website was a year
old it was getting 500 visitors a month. Most were misdirected
they were looking for a different product that was spelt the
same. An offline PR campaign was started through press releases
which were generating enormous press interest, however, the site
was not reflecting this increase in interest. It was thought
that the press coverage would fade and they would not have taken
advantage of this free publicity.
Solution
Research was carried out on keywords and the press
coverage was analysed for commonality
of descriptions for the new invention. These were adopted in
the keyword list and the website was optimized for the user and
the search engines. A series of links were built up from
relevant forum boards and through online magazine articles,
suppliers and distributors.
Outcomes
Initial traffic increased to 245,000 within three days
breaking the bandwidth limit of the Internet service provider.
This has settled back to 40,000 visitors per month and is
providing numerous sales and enquiries from around the world.
The product has established itself as a market leader in retail,

Problem
Although the website was
getting a large number of potential clients no-one wanted to
engage with the client.
Solution
Analysis of the content
in the site showed that the writing was business focused whilst
the customers were all consumers. The language was jargon
filled and the word ‘we’ was on almost on every line. There was
a constant sales pitch going on and users found little
information that they could engage with.

was edited and optimised for the customer and the search engines.
Outcomes
The SEO in the site
improved the ranking whilst the conversational dialogue improved
user engagement. Enquiries increased and the investment was

research was carried out to see the descriptions used by

rewritten, a link building programme was implemented and an
