Are you communicating with
your customers effectively?

"Speaker found out about our businesses beforehand and was able to apply theory to business.

"Nigel's
mastery of his subject and his ability to stimulate interaction made this an excellent course. I've been writing online and offline articles for years, but Nigel has increased my knowledge of writing for the web significantly.

A thoroughly enjoyable and thoroughly productive experience which I'm delighted to recommend."

David Jones, UK Sales Manager at EVS Translations GmbH
