Website Research While we are not a research company, in order to further our knowledge and to contribute to specific clients projects, we carry independent research on an regular and ongoing basis. Current projects include home page usage, motivation and frustration and its effect on the user experience, and what people hate about websites. Recently we have looked at a number of internet usage by industry sectors on behalf of our clients, including most recently: property maintenance and construction (B2C); provision to business of design and marketing services in a specific geographical area; the state of the gift market online (B2C); translation companies and online implementation. Note, this is not an exhaustive list. We always ensure that our research is carried out to academic standards and is fully referenced where appropriate.
